The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. It was easy to reach by bus from the airport and within walking distance of the historic part of the city. The host provided lots of great recommendations for sightseeing, eating, and bars, which made exploring the area much easier. The breakfast at the café across the street was a perfect way to start the day, especially when sitting outside on a sunny morning. Additionally, the apartment itself was spacious and had everything I needed.

I found the price of the hotel to be way too expensive for what I received. I wasn't expecting to have no elevator and have to deal with steep stairs, which made getting to my room quite challenging.

The apartment can be a bit noisy due to the neighbors or the neighborhood ambiance.

The apartment's balcony provided stunning city views, making me feel like a local enjoying the Palma de Mallorca atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and oven allowed me to cook my own meals, saving money on dining out. The private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer added convenience to my stay. The air conditioning in the apartment kept me cool and comfortable during the hot summer days.

Personally, I didn't find the electric kettle in the apartment necessary, but others might still find it useful.
